Mangalore: A damaged roof of Bajal Padpu Government Higher Primary School, Mangalore gave away on Friday, August 8, owing to heavy rains.
It is said that the students were already shifted to other room few days ago and the school authorities were preparing to repair the roof.
Upon hearing the news of collapse, J.R. Lobo, MLA, Mangalore South visited the place and sanctioned Rs 4 lac from the MLA fund.
